Is breakfast automatically included?

Breakfast may be included depending on the offer chosen. Some direct booking offers include it at no extra charge. The buffet is served every morning from 7 AM to 10 AM.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?

That depends on the type of rate you choose when booking. We offer a flexible rate (cancellable up to 48 hours before the start of your stay) and a non-refundable rate (10% off the price compared to the flexible rate).
Is the 15% off summer offer available all year round?

No. The summer offer is only available during specific periods, subject to hotel availability. The dates will appear directly when you make your reservation.

The Eiffel Tower View Superior Rooms, located on the upper floors, offer an unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower or the Dôme des Invalides. They are only available for direct booking on our website.

How do I get to the hotel from the airports?

From Orly Airport, you can reach the hotel in 25 minutes by taxi or 45 minutes by metro (line 14 then line 6). From Charles-de-Gaulle, the hotel is 45 minutes by taxi or one hour by RER. Our receptionists can arrange taxi bookings for your arrival or departure.
Is the hotel accessible to people with reduced mobility?

Hôtel Eiffel Ségur is located in a historic Haussmannian building whose configuration does not allow for optimal accessibility for people with reduced mobility. We invite you to contact us before booking to assess together if the establishment meets your needs.

The hotel is very well connected to the metro system. It is close to lines 6, 8, and 10. You can reach it via Cambronne or La Motte-Picquet stations.

The hotel does not have private parking. Several paid public car parks are available in the immediate vicinity, without prior reservation.
